8 Actionable Content Marketing Tips for Small Businesses!

8 Actionable Content Marketing Tips for Small Businesses!

At this point of time, no business can ignore the power of the internet. Business owners must take action to grow their business by this amazing medium.
Since everybody knows that marketing is an inevitable part of their business plan, they need to include content marketing to circulate their message to an audience far and wide. Not so surprisingly, most of the business owners clearly understand the benefits of content marketing for their business. However, most of them just get clueless about how to take on content marketing to help them out!
Actionable Content Marketing Tips
So here, I am sharing a few actionable content marketing tips that, if implemented, can do wonders for your content marketing campaign. However, since it is a gradual process, you have to be patient to see worthy results.

An effective content marketing strategy can help you attract more traffic, hold the attention of your online visitors and convert your followers into leads! This is what you are targeting for!

So let’s start here…

Are you serious about making your content marketing campaign successful? It’s time to get organized. Before anything else, create a plan and for that, you can use a simple and free tool like Google Calendar or Good Docs.
Create an outline of your plan. See what each month of the year looks like. Create a list of events, company related activities, seasonality, holidays and other things that are relevant to your industry.

Yes, it is one of the most important tips I can share here because most people do not see results because they fail to allocate time for each activity. Take the time each week to create content ideas, research, and actually create content.

Researching is another important aspect. Look at the websites of other business owners and social media channels to know what other people are talking about. It will give you an idea of what kind of content can help you with your business objectives and further your marketing potential. You need to track popular keywords, web tools and statistic about your industry to create an effective content.

Knowing your target audience is important because any content strategy cannot be devised without having this information. Develop your content to solve the needs of your target audience because it should cater to their interests and expectations. To know who can be your potential customers, ask a few questions about who can be interested in your content, why will they read it, how can you convert your visitors into customers? You can create a content woven around answering such questions.

It’s a problem with most of the people. They find it difficult to find a content idea. Although they know their industry and can understand its issues, but they fail to present it in terms of the content. Moreover, content creation is a continuous activity; you cannot run out of content ideas.
However, there are several resources to solve this problem. Try to pick an idea from everywhere for instance, you can pick ideas from social media platforms you visit, see what people are talking about. Set Google alerts, subscribe to popular blogs in your industry. You can write how-to guides, personal stories, latest trends, inspiring content and more.

It’s fine that you want to share information. However, how do you present that information also matters. Your content should be engaging. Develop a tone so that your readers can connect with you and understand your viewpoints. Break your content with proper subheadings to present the information in bits so that readers can grasp it. Also, support it with interesting but relevant images, infographics, video, etc.
If you are unable to find ideas or you find it difficult to write, it is better to outsource the content writing task to professionals so that you can focus on your core business.

It is time to spread the word!
When you are done with writing a great piece of content, another phase of your content marketing campaign will start. Promoting the content. Pick a few social media platforms and share your content with your followers.  Besides sharing at these social media platforms, it is also important to evaluate its performance. If you are getting major traffic from a few platforms, leave others.

Look, content marketing is not an advertisement that gives instant results. Rather, it is more of a subtle approach that creates immense results in the long term. It results in developing a relationship with your potential customers who would believe in your expertise and quality of your work. So, be patient. In addition, keep monitoring and analyzing your efforts to take the best course of action.
These are a few basic content marketing tips. If you have any other tips, share here in the comments below.
At this point of time, no business can ignore the power of the internet. Business owners must take action to grow their business by this amazing medium.

ఇతడు రాసిన 'How to solve it' అనే పుస్తకం గణిత విద్యాబోధనలో ఓ  చిరస్మరణీయమైన గ్రంథంగా చెప్పుకుంటారు.

వాటిలో ఒక వ్యాసం పేరు: "Modular equations and approximations to p."

Health: Treatments for Swollen Gums

Swollen gums are often one of the first signs of periodontal or gum disease. More commonly known as gingivitis, periodontal disease is one of the leading infections suffered by Americans. According to data released by the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, not brushing and flossing enough is the number one cause of gum disease of which swollen gums is an early symptom. The good news is that in most cases, swollen gums are preventable

Swollen gums can be caused by a number of different factors, but an infection resulting from plaque build up on the teeth is the most common cause. The bacteria in the plaque trigger the accumulation of fluids and white blood cells in the area, causing the gums, or gingiva, to swell. Pregnant women, postmenopausal women, and adolescents going through puberty often experience swelling of the gums, likely due to changes in the body's hormone levels. Vitamin C, calcium, niacin and vitamin B deficiencies can also cause the gums to swell. Supplements, including vitamin D, and eating a nutritious diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables may be all that is needed to treat gingivitis caused by nutrient deficiency.

Gums can become swollen as the result of inflammation due to poor oral hygiene. Since sticky plaque at the base of the teeth is what causes the gums to swell, brushing and flossing your teeth regularly, particularly at bedtime, can help prevent plaque from forming. Proper tooth brushing technique involves moving the brush in small, circular motions. Eating and drinking from dishes, glasses and eating utensils, which have not been properly washed and sterilized also transmit the bacteria that can cause gum disease.

Home Remedies

Massaging swollen gums with a mixture of table salt or baking soda and a pinch of turmeric can help to relieve soreness often associated with swollen gums. Use your finger or a clean cotton swab to massage the gums at least twice each day to increase blood circulation to the area. Gargling with a solution of warm water and about ¼ teaspoon of salt is probably one of the most common home remedies for treating swollen gums. You should gargle several times throughout the day for temporary relief. Some dentists recommend gargling with a solution of half water and half 3 percent hydrogen peroxide to kill harmful bacteria in the mouth and reduce swelling. Always rinse your mouth thoroughly after gargling. You can also rub the rind of a lime on the gums or add 1 tsp. of sea salt to an 8-oz. glass of freshly squeezed lime juice diluted in water and drink. Another popular remedy is to apply a few drops of clove oil to the gums with a clean cotton swab.

Other Treatments

Soothe swollen, aching gums by rinsing with a mouthwash that contains essential oils in the ingredients. Echinacea, peppermint oil and chamomile tincture have anti-inflammatory properties that prevent the growth of bacteria in the mouth. One more option is to purchase toothpaste with zinc and the herb bloodroot. The alkaloids in the bloodroot help to decrease plaque formation, thereby fighting the bacteria that cause gum disease. You can also brush your teeth with baking soda, which is easier on gum tissue than the chemicals found in most commercial toothpastes. Drinking green tea is another soothing remedy for swollen gums. Compounds found in the herb may lead to less plaque formation.
Risk Factors

Taking certain medications can cause the gums to swell. Drugs used to treat cancer, arthritis and other conditions that affect a person's autoimmune system affect the pH of saliva in the mouth, encouraging bacteria to grow. Anticonvulsant medications, antidepressants and drugs used to treat some heart conditions can increase the risk of gum disease as well. Once these drugs are discontinued, the swelling usually diminishes. Smokers and individuals who use other tobacco products are also more likely to develop gum disease, as are people with diabetes who have a greater chance of developing any type of infection. Treatment of underlying medical conditions should prevent or slow the progression of related gum disease.

The same bacteria responsible for the infection that causes the gums to swell can travel from the mouth to the lining of the heart by way of the bloodstream. If an inflammation known as endocarditis results, the condition can be life-threatening. Some studies also suggest a link between gum disease and an increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

Baidyanath Jyotirlinga Temple Deogarh Jharkhand

Baidyanath Jyotirlinga Temple or Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga Temple is situated in the Santhal Parganas of Deogarh in the state of Jharkhand, India. An important pilgrim centre for the Hindus, Baidyanath Jyotirlingam is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Also known as Baba dham and Baidyanath dham, the holy place is famed for its cultural history. This is said to be the holy place where Lord Vishnu installed Lord Shiva in this form. And so the presiding deity here is known as Baidyanath Jyotirlingam.

Temple Structure

Baba Baidyanath Temple complex comprises the main temple of Baba Baidyanath, where the Jyotir Linga is installed, and 21 other temples. Facing east, the temple is a plain stone structure with a pyramidal tower. The tower rises from a square base to a height of 72 feet from the ground. A large container is found to the east of the northern verandah of the temple, into which the water and milk offered as ablution are poured. The lingam propels from the centre of a large slab of basalt. The surface of the lingam is imbalanced and its top is broken. Devotees can see various porches in the temple. There is one porch which leads to the room where the lingam is fixed. In the front is the second porch with a row of pillars and on its right side is the image of a bull made of sandstone. A holy pond known as Shivaganga is found in the north of the temple. Next to it is another old pond called Mansinghi, made during 16th century.

Sravan Mela

About 105 km from Baidyanath Dham is the Sultanganj where Ganga flows in north direction. From here, people carry the holy Ganga water and go up to Deoghar on foot and then worship Lord Shiva. This pilgrimage prolongs during the whole month of Sravan for 30 days. This religious fair is considered as the longest fair of the world. Pilgrims wear saffron color dresses and it looks like a human chain of 105 km.

Temple Timings

The temple is opened at 4 am to 3.30 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm. Timings are extended on religious occasions.

Three important fairs, namely, Basant-Panchami Mela in January, Maha Shivratri Mela in March and the Bhadra Purnima Mela in September are important here. Maha Shivratri Mela is considered auspicious, attracting a large number of devotees.

Ujjain Holy City of Hindus

Ujjain is one of the ancient and holiest cities for Hindus, situated about 56 km from Indore in Madhya Pradesh, India. This is one of the seven sacred cities (Sapta Puri) of the Hindus and the site for the Kumbh Mela religious festival, which is held every 12 years. The town is on the Malwa region in central India, on the eastern bank of the Kshipra River. Ujjain district is surrounded by the districts of Shajapur in the north, Ratlam in the east, Dhar in the west, and Indore and Dewas in the south. Ujjain is famous for the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva.  Ujjain is also said to be the place where Lord Krishna got education with Balarama and Sudama from Maharshi Sandipani.

Historic Significance

The town was mentioned in the Atharva Veda, the last of the four Vedas. It is to be noted that two parts of the Skanda Purana, an ancient holy text, are said to have been composed here. Also known as Ujjayini in the ancient times, the city was mentioned in the Mahabharata epic as it was the capital of the Avanti Kingdom, and has been the Prime Meridian for Hindu geographers since the 4th century BCE.

Ujjain is said to have been the residence of Ashoka, when he was the viceroy of the western provinces of the Maurya Empire. The city was ruled by the Sungas and the Satavahanas in the Post-Mauryan period. It is considered to be the traditional capital of King Chandragupta II, also known as Vikramaditya. It was during the 6th and 7th centuries, Ujjain became the centre of mathematical and astronomical research. In 1235, Ujjain was invaded by the forces of the Delhi Sultanate led by Iltutmish. It became the capital of Malwa during the reign of Mughal emperor, Akbar.

The town is very well associated with the mythological legend of Samudra Manthan - the churning of the ocean of milk to discover the pot of nectar. It is said that during the fight between gods and demons to take the, one drop fell in Ujjain, thus making it sacred.

World's First Dead Heart Transplant at Sydney’s St Vincent’s Hospital

World's First Dead Heart Transplant at Sydney's St Vincent's Hospital
· Sydney surgeon's dead heart transplant a huge medical breakthrough
· Previously, transplants relied on donor hearts from brain dead patients
· Ability to revive hearts has major implications for donor shortages
· Two successful transplants performed in last two months

In a world first, surgeons at St Vincent's Hospital have made a dead heart
beat again and successfully used it in a transplant. Described as the biggest heart transplant breakthrough in a decade, the successful surgery has profound implications for reducing the shortage of donor organs, the director of St Vincent's Hospital Heart Lung Transplant Unit, Professor Peter MacDonald, said today.
Doctors at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney used a heart-resuscitation console and preservation solution developed in Australia to transplant dead hearts into patients
Previously transplant units relied solely on donor hearts from brain dead
patients whose hearts were still beating. But the clinic has recently transplanted two hearts which were donated after circulatory death (DCD) — where the heart is no longer beating — in both cases the patients are recovering well.
Ms Gribilas (centre) said she is a 'different person altogether' after receiving her transplant
The first person to have the procedure done was Michelle Gribilar. The 57-year-old from Campsie was suffering from congenital heart failure and had surgery about two months ago. She is recovering well, saying today she "feels like she is 40" since the transplant. Ms Gribilar said prior to the operation, she had not been able to walk 100m without trouble. Now she walks 3km and climbs 100-120 stairs every day. "I'm a different person altogether," she said. "I was very sick before I had it. Now I'm a different person altogether."
The second patient, Jan Damen, 40, from North Narrabeen also suffered from congenital heart failure and had surgery about a fortnight ago. He is still recovering at the hospital. "I feel amazing," the father of three said.
"I have to say I never thought I'd feel so privileged to wear the St Vincent's yjamas.
"I'm just looking forward to getting back out into the real world."
The former carpenter said he often thinks about his donor. "I do think about it, because without the donor I might not be here," he said. "I'm not religious or spiritual but it's a wild thing to get your head around." The transplants of DCD hearts comes as the result of combined research between the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and St Vincent's Hospital.
CUTTING-EDGE CANCER TREATMENT AND RESEARCH CENTRE OPENS SURVIVOR LEADS CAMPAIGN TO SUPPORT PINK RIBBON DAY The two clinics created a special preservation solution which works in conjunction with a "heart in a box" machine, known as the ex vivo organ care system (OCS).
Dr Dhital, Ms Gribilas, NSW Health Minister Jillian Skinner, Mr Damen and
Prof Peter MacDonald at St Vincent's Hospital on Friday
The OCS allows the donor heart to be connected to a sterile circuit which
restores the heart beat and keeps it warm, limiting the adverse affects
associated with previous methods which saw hearts kept on ice.
Cold ischaemia, where the heart is dormant without oxygen or nutrients
occurs under traditional methods where hearts are kept in an Esky on ice.
But using the preservative solution and the heart in a box, the heart is able to be reanimated, preserved and assessed until it is ready to go into a recipient.
Cardiothoracic surgeon Assoc Prof Kumud Dhital, who performed the
transplants with hearts donated after circulatory death (DCD), said he
"kicked the air" when the first surgery was successful. It was possible thanks to new technology, he said. "The incredible development of the preservation solution with this technology of being able to preserve the heart, resuscitate it and to assess the function of the heart has made this possible," he said.
Medical staff transporting a heart in a heart-resuscitation console developed by doctors at St Vincent's Hospital and researchers at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute
Professor MacDonald said the move to recover hearts which were previously considered unsuitable for transplantation means that thousands more hearts could become available to end-stage heart failure sufferers as the technology becomes more readily available. "In all our years, our biggest hindrance has been the limited availability of organ donors," Prof MacDonald said.

Researchers are still determining how long after DCD a heart can be resuscitated, but have revived hearts more than 30 minutes after death.

Kailash Manasarovar Yatra

Himalayas, the abode of snow, is called the Lord of Mountains. Mount Kailash is situated to the northern side of the Himalayan barrier which is completely within Tibet and it is 6740 m high. It is a perfect mountain and is fabulous in its extra ordinary beauty. It is mainly the spiritual centre for people from four religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and pre-Buddhist animistic religion known as Bonpo. The journey of Kailash Manasarovar is done through a fixed route chosen by the governments of both India and Tibet. There is also another way of reaching there by flying to Kathmandu and from there driving to Manasarovar which is considered a much easy route. A drive to Zhangmu in Tibet is how the trip gets started by crossing the border of Nepal. A Land cruiser is taken from there to the holy lake of Manasarovar and Mount Kailash.

Precautions to be taken by the travelers

Bhargava Narasimha Temple Ahobilam

Bhargava Narasimha Temple is one of the nine Narsimha temples in Ahobilam, Andhra Pradesh. The temple is located about 2 km from Lower Ahobilam, on a hill near the sacred pond Bhargava Theertham or Akshaya Thertha. This is the place where Bhargava Rama performed his penance and hence the Lord here is called as Bhargava Narasimha Swamy. Bhargava is another name of Lord Parasurama.

It is believed that worshiping Bhargava Narsimha at Ahobalam after taking a bath at Akshaya Theertha would make the Lord give Lakshmikara (hand possessing Goddess Lakshmi or prosperity) thus blessing in all manners. The temple is on plain ground approximately 2 km from Lower Ahobilam. Please note that there is no paved road and hiring a jeep or auto rickshaw is a good option.

Sri Nava Narasimha Swamy Temple at Ahobilam is located at Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh. Visiting all the nine temples in a single day is considered auspicious.
