A Saadhaka(spiritual seeker) has three Karnamulu(instruments) to achieve concentration of mind. They are Manasu(mind),Vakku(speech organ) and Sareeram(body). Accordingly a Saadhaka has to synchronize the three processes thoughts, words and deeds using Vaakk(speech) as an interface to connect Manasu and Sareeram so as to achieve self integrity/purity of mind(Chitta Suddi).
Having thus achieved the self integrity/purity of mind as explained above, a Saadhaka has to focus his battery light like mind fully on a unique point which is precisely the point of intersection of a unique vertical line and a unique horizontal line. The unique vertical line here refers to Dasaratha Tanayam and Dharma Swarupam by name Raja Rama who descended on to the earth as Saakaara Satguna Para Brahmam to restore Dharmam in Jagath. The unique horizontal line refers to Guru Daivam Hanuman as Chiranjeevi(immortal) and Prabhu Rama Daasam/Sevak. The unique focal point of intersection and concentration as stated above refers to the lotus feet (Divya Charanamulu) of Prabhu Rama as being held softly by Sri Hanuman. The Charanamulu (feet) of Prabhu Rama bless us with Mukti(salvation) as these Charanamulu point out to Dharmam through Aacharana(practice).
In order to realize Nijam(Eswara), one has to follow Eswara as a Sisya as Eswara is Adi Gurum/Atma Gurum. It would not be possible to follow Eswara as Eswara is Sarva Vyapakam (infinite in space) and Anantam(infinite in time). Moreover, it would be next to impossible to adopt Vairagyam(renunciation) as the law of life and lead a life of dispassion(Nirvaanam) like Eswara. The only way left is to know Eswara Maanasam (mind of Eswara) and practice it. As Eswara is Sidda in the capacity as Taaraka Mantra Prdaata to Siddi(Mata Parvati), Prabhu Rama stays in Eswara Hrudayam and Eswara chants Taaraka Mantram always. Accordingly to obtain the Eswara Anugraham(grace), a Saadhaka has to chant Rama Namam invariably with Sri Rama Bhaavam in Hrudayam (mind) under the Krupa(grace) of Ekadasa Rudra Avataram Sri Hanuman as Guru Daivam by adopting Srimad Ramayana Dharmam as the way of life.

There is no valuable in the world other than Hrudayam(mind) that can be offered to Eswara so as to obtain Eswara Anugraham(grace). The reason being Eswara is Sarva Iaiswarya Pradaayakam. Also as Prana Natham , Eswara is the root cause for inhalation, holding breath and exhalation and also as Srushthi,Sthiti and Laya Kaaraka , Eswara is the root cause for creation, sustaining and dissolution. As such there is nothing owned by us so as to offer to Eswara except Hrudayam(mind).
In this context it is to be realized that there is no need absolutely either to have the knowledge of Vedas or proficiency in Sastraas or the study of any Puraanam or any initiation of any Mantram by any Guru so as offer Hrudayam to Eswara. The reason being a spider which never had any exposure to Vedic knowledge and a snake which never had any insight into any Sastram and an elephant which had never undergone any education and a Chenchu (Hunter) who never knew any Mantram had performed Maanasika Puja(worship) through their Mano Bhaavamulu (thoughts)/flowers to Sri Kaalahasti Eswara and attained Siva Saayujyam.
Hrudayam(mind) produces Bhaavamulu (thoughts), As such Hrudayam(mind) should have Pati Bhaavam/Naatha Bhavam(Eswara as the Lord in mind) towards Eswara. This Pati Bhaavam is of two kinds. s. The first kind is that one should feel oneself as a Patni(wife) of Eswara in Huudayam(mind) in order to have Eswara Karuna as Eswara is a unique Purusha (Man) as Nityam and Nijam(Tat).. The second kind is that one should treat oneself as a Pasu(bull) carrying Eswara as owner in order to obtain Eswara Anugraham as Eswara is Sakala Bhuta Adhi Vaasam as Atma.
Due to the above enlightened state of mind, Hruadayam of a devotee transforms in to Eswari as Eswara Vama Bhagam(left side). As Eswara and Eswari are inseparable like a word and its meaning , a devotee would attain oneness with Eswara (JivaSivaikyam) due to the above said ecstatic state of mind as empowered by Pati Bhaavam towards Eswara.
As the mind has a creative capability, Hrudayam (mind) is a creator (Kalpam). If the mind of a spiritual seeker is synchronized (Anu Sandhanam) with Creator of the Universe (Jagath)/(Eswara), then the thought or feeling(Bhaavam) so generated in the mind(Manasu) would attain Maha Sthiti(divine state) as Siva Sankalpam. Accordingly, We have to take resolution in mind that that any thought (Bhaavam) produced in mind should dissolve in Eswara( Layam) that is precisely any thought(Bhaavam) should end up with Bhavaani Patim /Eswara as Bhaava Gamyam on Maha Sivaratri as Maha Sankalpam..

The prakriya(procees) of Siva Abhishekam
makes a Jiva as Ekam(one) with Siva who is Abhimukham(opposite) to the Jiva performing Siva Abhishekam.
Pancha Amrutamulu act as as media to transmit current(Eswara Jhnanam) from the origin(Eswara) to the Pranulu having Pancha Pranamulu to realize that their Nija Swarupam is Amruta Swarupam (immortal) in the capacity as Ajmajulu (children) of Eswara (Nijam and Nityam).
Siva Lingam(Sirassu of Siva) signifies that we should realize in our heads that Gamanam(life journey) ends with Siva as Layam.
Atma Pradaskhinam signifies that our thought process revolves around Eswara as the unique center/basis for the Jagath (Universe). Saashthanga Pranaamam to Eswara signifies that a jiva offers the five senses(Jhnana Indriyamulu), Manasu (mind), Buddi (intellect) and the personal ego(individual self) to Eswara as Prabhu (Lord).
Finally, the Practice of applying Eswara Vibhuti over the parts of the body at the end as Eswara Prasadam is to realize that this this Deham(body) is Anityam (mortal) and Eswara is its Adhipati(Administrator) as Atma(Nijam and Nityam and beyond any change).

In any photograph displaying Prabhu Rama Pattabhishekam, Gurudaivam Hanuman is seen sitting down and holding the lotus feet of Prabhu Rama.
Accordingly mind should see such a scene while chanting Rama Namam continuously in Dhyanam(meditation) on Prabhu Rama. The reason being that Sri Rama Charnamulu grant Sri Vidya (Atma Vidya) to Buddi(intellect) as established by Prabhu Rama through His Aacharana (practice) as Maryada Purushottama Swarupam.
As a proof of concept Vibhishana who was initiated Sri Rama Mantram by Sri Guru Hanuman can be quoted as an example because Vibhishana bent down at the lotus feet of Prabhu Rama by fixing his Buudi on Sri Rama Divya Paadamulu.
Keeping the above philosophical significance in mind, the spiritual practice of taking the Prabhu Paada Udakam(holy water) inside as Amrutam capable of granting Atma Jhnanam is followed.

What is a Sutram ?
Sutram is an invisible force(Sakti) like a thread in the form of a circle that holds flowers in a garland(Maala).
What is Dhi ?
Dhi is the individual consciousness and it emerges as the knowledge as embedded in the seven Angamulu(parts of the body) namely Buddi(intellect), Manasu(mind) and the five Jhnana Indriyamulu (five sensual organs) . Accordingly Dhi is the consolidated with drawn knowledge/ energy from these seven parts.
What is Dhyanam?
Dhyanam(meditation) is a journey (Yanam) as undertaken by Dhi to reach Dheyam/ Gamyam (destination)
What is Bhagavath Dhyanam?
Bhagavath Dhyanam is the Dhyanam which has its Gamyam(destination) as Sat (Ekam and Nityam). Hence Bhagavath Dhyanam means unification of Dhi (individual consciousness) with Bhagavath Chaitanyam (Absolute consciousness/ Universal consciousness).
What is the Maulika Sutram (principal rule) of Dhyanam?
Yad Bhavam Tad Bhavati( You become what you think).
What is a precursor for Bhagavath Dhyanam ?
As a prerequisite, a Dhyanee intending to reach Gamyam(destination) through Dhyana Prakriya (process) has to bow down to a Sat Guru who acts as a Nirdesak (Director). This fact implies that SatGuru acts as a Keelakam(nail) and fixes Buddi on Sat as Buddi(intellect) is subjected to the dual aspects of the world(Dvaitam)/Dualism .
Having thus fixed Buddi(intellect) on Sat due to the Krupa(grace) of a Sat Guru , a spiritual seeker in quest of inner happiness and peace proceeds further to undertake Bhagavath Dhyanam. Manasu(mind) plays a crucial role as Manasu (mind) experiences the worldly pleasures/ pains through the five sense organs which act as interfaces between the mind and the world. Thus the five senses can be controlled by Manasu(mind). Thus a spiritual seeker withdraws the knowledge (energy) as embedded in the five senses by exercising the control of Manasu over them and the consolidated knowledge/power so withdrawn from the five senses is integrated with Manasu(mind). The mind so empowered acts as an interface between a Jiva(individual) and Bhagavan (Almighty) under the control of Sat Buddi. . The Almighty is the root cause for Shrushthi(Generation), Sthiti (Sustaining) and Layam (Dissolution). Manasu has also the creative capability. Accordingly a Dhyanee has to synchronize the thought process with Bhagavath Sankalpam. Bhagavath Sankalpam is Visva Bhaavana, and Visva Kalyanam/ Sreyassu (wefare). Here Bhaavam(feeling) in Hrudayam (mind) acts as an integrating force /current between Manasu and Bhagavan. Accordingly three most important Bhaavamulu (feelings) in Hrudayam which act as interfaces to unite a Jiva(individual) with Bhagavan are described below.
Eswari Dhyanam
A Dhyanee has to chant Eswari Namam by having Mata Bhaavam(mother feeling) of Eswari in Hrudayam(mind) in Eswari Dhyanam. Due to this enlightened Bhaavam in Hrudayam (mind), Hrudayam(mind) would undergo transformation as Ganapati who is an embodiment of Brahma Jhnanam. As a result of the bliss as granted by Ganapati , the individual consciousness would unite with the Absolute consciousness/Universal consciousness as Gamyam (destination).
Eswara Dhyanam.
A Dhyanee has to chant Eswara Namam by having a feeling in Hrudayam (mind) that he is a Pasu Vaahanam(transport) carrying Eswara as the Adhipati (owner) in Eswara Dhyanam. Due to this enlightened Bhaavam(feeling) in Hrudayam , Hrudayam(mind) would undergo transformation in to Nandeeswara. As a result of the bliss as granted by Nandeeswara who is an embodiment of Vairagyam(renunciation) , the individual consciousness would unite with the Absolute consciousness/Universal consciousness as Gamyam (destination).
Sri Rama Dhyanam.
A Dhyanee has to chant Rama Namam by having Daasa Bhaavam towards Prabhu Rama in Hrudayam(mind). Due to this enlightened Bhaavam in Hrudayam, Hrudayam(mind) would undergo transformation in to Sri Rama Dasam Hanuman. As a result of the bliss as granted by Sri Hanuman who is an embodiment of Sri Rama Bhakti (devotion to Prabhu Rama), the individual consciousness would unite with the Absolute consciousness/ Universal Consciousness as Gamyam (destination).
Atma Nivedanam.
Due to Bhaava Prakaasam in all the three ways as explained above , the individual self(Jivatma) would be united with the Jagath Prabhu(Parmatma).

Eswari Dhyanam
A Dhyanee has to chant Eswari Namam by having Mata Bhaavam(mother feeling) of Eswari in Hrudayam(mind) in Eswari Dhyanam. Due to this enlightened Bhaavam in Hrudayam , Hrudayam (mind) would undergo transformation as Ganapati who is an embodiment of Mata Anuragam. As a result of the bliss as granted by Ganapati , the individual consciousness would unite with the Absolute consciousness/Universal consciousness.

Eswara Dhyanam.
A Dhyanee has to chant Eswara Namam by having a feeling in Hrudayam (mind) that he is a Pasu Vaahanam(transport) carrying Eswara as the Adipati (owner) in Eswara Dhyanam. Due to this enlightened Bhaavam(feeling) in Hrudayam , Hrudayam(mind) would undergo transformation in to Nandeeswara. As result of the bliss as granted by Nandeeswara , the individual consciousness would unite with the Absolute consciousness/Universal consciousness.
Sri Rama Dhyanam.
A Dhyanee has to chat Rama Nanam by having Daasa Bhaavam towards Prabhu Rama in Hrudayam(mind). Due to this enlightened Bhaavam in Hrudayam, Hrudayam(mind) would undergo transformation in to Sri Rama Dasam Hanuman. As a result of the bliss as granted by Sri Hanuman , the Dhyaneee would unite with the Absolute consciousness/Universal Consciousness.
Atma Nivedanam.
Due to Bhaava Prakaasam in all the three ways as explained above , the individual self(Jivatma) is united with Self(Parmatma).

As a spiritual seeker acquires Prarma Artham (spiritual knowledge) , his way of living becomes simpler and the application of mind becomes lesser and the number of Mano Vikaramulu tends to zero as the requirement for Artham(money) tends to nil.
He becomes Visva Bhavana(Universal minded) and all his prayers to the Jagath Prabhu(Almighty) would be for the welfare of the Universe(Jagath).
He accepts the things naturally the way they come in life. He lives near to Nature(Prakruti) by realizing that Nature is the best teacher.

The two points of a base line of an equilateral triangle represent the dual aspects of the world(Dvaitam/Dualim) like day/ night and profit/loss etc. The vertex of that triangle which is equidistant from these two points and also which is above these two points signifies Nityam/Ekam Aadharam.
Eswara is Trinetram. The base points as referred above denote Surya and chandra and they signify the two normal eyes of Eswara. The vertex referred above signifies Truteeya Netram(Agni Netram/Jhnana Netram) of Eswara.
Accordingly if a spiritual seeker develops Sama Drushthi(equal mindedness) with regard to the dual aspects the world, then he/she would undergo Nitya Vastu Anubhuti. This role is similar to the role of a Saakshe/having Sama Aksha(witness) who is different from a buyer and a seller and who maintains the equal distance from the buyer as well as the seller of a particular deal.

We breath in, hold breath and breath out in accordance with the will of Eswara. Eswara is the root cause for Srushthi (creation) Sththi(sustainng) and Layam (dissolution). This the reason why millions of cells take birth, live for some time and die continuously with in us..
Then a valid question arises in our mind that what is the specialty of our birth as a human being. The one and only reason is to drive away Ajhnanam (ignorance)darkness in the form of Anitya Bhaavam /Deha Bhaavam from Buddi (intellect). We have a software tool namely Manasu(mind) having the creative capability as granted by Eswara for this purpose.
Accordingly we have to synchronize the software application running on this slave server(Jiva Hrudayam) in the form of thought process with the Eswara Sankalpam running on the Master Server(Eswara Hrudayam) . Eswara Sankapam is Jagath Bhaavana(Universal minded), Jagath Sreyassu(Welfare of the Universe) in the role as Jagath Saakshe.
The bottom line is that one should always nurture the noble thought SRI RAMA RAKSHA SARVA JAGATH RAKSHA always(24*7) in mind(Hrudayam) as the spiritual food for thought and live accordingly.

It would be next to impossible to have the third Netram(Agni Netram/Jhnana Netram) in the activated state by way of having Sama Drudhthi(equal mindedness) with regard to to the dual aspects of Dualism (Dvaitam) like day/night and male/female and comfort/pain hotness/ coolness etc.
In view of the above situation Eswara as Adviteeyam and Karuna Avataram took manifestation in an immortal form as Sri Hanuman in the capacity as Sri Rama Duutam and Guru Daivam to enlighten our minds to adopt Srimad Ramayana Dhamam as established by Prabhu Rama so as reach Parama Padam/final goal Paramaatmaka Lingam.
Accordingly one should follow the three golden principles as mentioned below by having Dharma Swarupam Prabhu Rama Bhaavam in Hrudayam.
1. one should regard others wife as one`s mother.
2. one should consider others money as equivalent to an earthen pot.
3. one should treat others as oneself.
This implies that one should treat others natural instincts like hunger, sleep fear etc as one`s own hunger and sleep etc

Eswara killed the demon Tripura Asura.
Accordingly Eswara has been famous as Tripuraantaka since then.
Tripuramulu signify Sanchita, Prarabda and Aagaami Karmalu as applicable to a Jiva(individual).
As Maha Kaala Kaalam Eswara is Kaala Swarupam. Accordingly Eswara is Trikaalajhnanam. . As Gunaateetam Eswara is Trikaalaateetam.
Kaalam(time) is the greatest healer of any wound (Karma). Also Kaalam(time) is the greatest thief as our ages advances unnoticed. We say time passes but actually time says man passes. The reason being that we feel that we are growing day by day little realizing that that we are nearing death day by day.
Thus Eswara as Tripuraantakam and Karuna Swarupam and Trikaalaateetam annihilates/zeroises all our Trividha Karmaulu and blesses us Mukti (freedom) from all the types of bondages if we transform mentally in to his Vaahanam (transport) as Eswara is BhutaNatham.

Eswara as Trisuula Paanhim is Traya Suula Nirmoolanam. Traya Suulalu signify Adi Atmika Tapam, Adi Bhautika Tapam and Adi Daivika Tapam. The four Dukkhamulu namely Janma Dukkham, Jaraa Dukkham, Roga Dukkham and Mruthyu Dukkham cause unbearable pain during a particular period in life. But we are subjected to Tapam(Fever/Hyper Tension) due one or more Taapamulu out of the three Taapamulu mentioned above always(24*7). Eswara as Trisuula Paanhim and Parama Dayalum destroys the three Tapamulu once we bow down to Him.
Apart from the above truth, the three Suulalu(pains) also signify the three types of pain caused by the three Sareeramulu namely Sthula Sareeram(Hardware), Sukshma Sareeram (Software) and Karana Sareeram(Firmware), Eswara as an embodiment of Karuna(pity) and Niraakaaram and Nirgunam burns the pain causing three Sareeramulu in the capacity as Trisuula Paanhim once we become His Vaahanam(Transport) in Hrudayam(mind).
