Maha Saadhvi Mata Sita as Ayonija is Prakruti Jhnana Swarupini/Sakti Swarupini. Mata Vaidehi is Videha(Vimuka Deha Moha) Raja Putrika.
Mata Vaidehi was mentally connected to Prabhu Rama always due to Pati Rama Dhyanam in Lanka. Besides this, Mata observed all the austerities like Upavaasam (restricted food) and Jaagarna(without sleep) etc and was subjected to Santaapam due to physical separation from prabhu Rama in Lanka under the custody of the demon Ravana.
In spite of the above hard core facts, Mata did Agni Pravesam just because of her physical presence in Lanka even though she was mentally united with Prabhu Rama always in Lanka. Agni as Jhnana Swarupam has the property of doing purification.
Thus Mata Janaki enlightens our Buddi(intellect) to burn Deha Moham (Anityam) in Jhnana Agni and to remain always united with Nityam(Pumsaam Mohana Rupam Prabhu Rama).
Thus the spiritual significance behind performing Nitya Agnihotram or Dhyanam or Tapassu or Japam regularly is to burn Deha Moham(Anityam) in Jhnana Agni and to remain united with Sat in Hrudayam(mind) and this Prakriya (process) is known as Satsangatvam.

As Maha Saadhvi and Yogini, Mata Sita having established connection with Prabhu Rama (Sat) in Hrudayam(mind) demonstrated that how Satsangatvam caused Nissangatvam as she was cut off from Jagath(Mithya) during her custody in Lanka.
Further this state of Nissangatvam leads to Nirmohatvam as Mata neglected all the natural instincts like food, sleep and other sensual comforts through nullifying Deha Moham. This fact implies that Mata was completely detached from Deha Moham.
This is the reason why Mata was showing a grass particle to Ravana who was overpowered by personal ego (Ahamkaram). While doing so, Mata was giving a hint to Ravana to mend his ways and surrender to Prabhu Rama(Sat) as he was in a state of Chalatattvam. This fact clearly establishes the truth that Nirmohatvam causes Nischalatattvam

Jhnana Margam
The two points of a base line of an equilateral triangle represent the dual aspects of the world (Dvaitam/Dualism) like day/ night and profit/ loss etc. The vertex of that triangle which is equidistant from these two points and also which is above these two points signifies Nityam/Ekam/ Aadharam(basis).
Eswara is Trinetram. The base points as referred above denote Surya and Chandra and they signify the two normal eyes of Eswara. The vertex referred above signifies Truteeya Netram(Agni Netram/ Jhnana Netram) of Eswara.
Accordingly if a spiritual seeker develops Sama Drushthi(equal mindedness) with regard to the dual aspects the world, then he/she would undergo Nitya Vastu Anubhuti due to activation of the third eye(Agni Netram/Jhnana Netram). This role is similar to the role of a Saakshe/having Sama Aksha(witness) who is different from a buyer and a seller and at the same time who maintains the equal distance from the buyer as well as the seller in a particular sale deal. Such a spiritually enlightened person would be Sama Darsana and would have Bhuta Daya and show pity (Karuna) on the down trodden people.

Karma Margam

We breath in, hold breath and breath out in accordance with the will of Eswara. Eswara is the root cause for Srushthi (creation) Sththi (sustaining) and Layam (dissolution). This the reason why millions of cells take birth, live for some time and die continuously within us.
Then a valid question arises in our mind that what is the purpose of this birth as a human being. The one and only purpose is to dispel/drive away Ajhnanam (ignorance)darkness which is in the form of Anitya Bhaavam/ Deha Bhaavam from Buddi (intellect) and to unite Buddi(intellect) with Eswara/Nityam as Atma in all Butamulu(beings). We have a software tool namely Manasu(mind) having the creative capability as granted by Eswara for this purpose.
Accordingly we have to synchronize the software application running on this slave server/Jiva Hrudayam of an individual in the form of thought process with the Eswara Sankalpam running on the Master Server (Eswara Hrudayam). Eswara Sankapam is Jagath Bhaavana (Universal minded), Jagath Sreyassu(Welfare of the Universe) in the role as Jagath Saakshe.
The bottom line is that one should always nurture the noble thoughts Loka Samastaa Sukhino Bhavantu and Sarve Janaha Sukhino Bhavantu always (24*7) as the spiritual food for thought and act accordingly.
Bhakti Margam
It would be next to impossible to have the third Netram(Agni Netram/Jhnana Netram) in the activated state by way of having Sama Drushthi(equal mindedness) with regard to to the dual aspects of Dualism (Dvaitam) like day/night and male/female and comfort/pain and hotness/ coolness etc.
In view of the above situation, Eswara as Adviteeyam and Karuna Avataram manifested as Sri Hanuman in an immortal form and in the capacity as Sri Rama Duutam and Guru Daivam to enlighten our minds to adopt Srimad Ramayana Dharmam as established by Prabhu Rama so as reach Parama Padam/final goal Paramaatmaka Lingam.
Accordingly one should follow the three golden principles as highlighted in Srimad Ramyanam by having Dharma Swarupa Prabhu Rama Bhaavam in Hrudayam.
1. one should regard others wife as one`s mother.
2. one should consider others money as equivalent to an earthen pot.
3. one should treat others as oneself. This implies that one should treat others natural instincts like hunger, sleep fear etc as one`s own hunger and sleep etc. Thus one should use Sareeram(body) as Saadhanam(tool) for compliance of Dharmam as depicted in Srimad Ramayanam because Dharmam is Satya Saadhanam as established by Prabhu Rama. The bottom line is that one should nurture the noble thought that Dharmam protects those who protect Dharmam in Hrudayam(mind) always as Kodanda Rama as Dharma Swarupa is Sarva Jagath Rakshaka always because Kodandam signifies Dharma Dandam.
