Eswara is the unique form of infinite and independent and everlasting happiness. Eswara is in all beings as Atma/ Chidaannanda Rupam. Accordingly if a person takes refugee in Eswara, then that person undergoes Anandam without the need of any other source. All the other sources are temporary and they have inbuilt defects and they lead to Dukkham (sorrow) at end.
Accordingly his Buddi(intellect) stops looking for happiness from any alternative source that is from the Lokam(world).
When the Buddi is disassociated/ delinked from Lokam , it would be free from the dual aspects of the world to derive happiness and Buddi would be detached from Deham(body) as Paancha Bhautika Sareeram is a true copy of Prapancham.
When Buddi is free from Deha Bhaavana , its subordinate Manasu(mind)
would be free from Deha Moham(passion towards body) as Deha Moham is the highest level of attachment of mind
When Manasu(mind) is free from the virus of Deha Moham, it stops undergoing Vikaaram(displacement). Thus Manasu (mind) attains Chalana Rahita Sthiti.
Thus when Buddi is beyond Dualism (Dvaitam) and Manasu is beyond Vikaaram(movement), the concerned individual becomes free from all the shackles of life. Thus the person having been free from all the attachments becomes Nirvaana Rupam.

Lokamulu signify Sareeramulu. Lokastulu signify Praanulu/ Jivulu/beings. Lokesulu signify Chandra(Manasu)/mind and Surya (Buddi/ Vijhnanam) /intellect.
Alaukika Anubhuti is the experience as experienced by a few enlightened Lokulu/ Praanulu/Jivulu/persons which is diametrically opposite to Laukika Anubhuti(worldly experience) as experienced by Lokulu(people) normally. Alaukika Anubhuti is beyond the four natural instincts namely Aahaaram, Nidra, Bhayam and Mithunam of Sareeram (body) and the Six Vikaaramulu of Manasu (mind) and Dvaita Bhaavam of Buddi (intellect).
For example if we consider Aahaaram (food), the above enlightened person raises beyond the taste and enjoys the food irrespective of taste as he realizes Kshuda (hunger) as well as Tushthi(satisfaction) is Ruchi Rahitam (without taste)and Ruchi(taste) in nothing but Mano Vikaaram because the six tastes signify the six Vikkaramulu of mind. Accordingly he restricts the intake food by eating it only when he is very hungry. This state of mind is due to the fact that his Manasu (mind) has transformed into Samtushthi/ Poornam.
When Buddi is wedded to Eswara/Atma who is unique with none in comparison, Manasu (stops) undergoing any Vikaaram (displacement) and thus Manasu(mind) transforms into Samtushthi/Poornam.

Thus the enlightened person having associated Buddi with Sat/Ekam and Manasu(mind) as Vikaara Rahitam(without displacement) due to union of Buddi with Sat, conquers Sareeram(body) by controlling the intake of food(Aahaaram) as Annam(food) signifies Sareeram(body). The reason being an animal is Aahaaram( food) to another different animal in food cycle.
Due to the Anugraham(grace) of Pancha Mukha Gayatri Sakti as Pancha Vidha Prana Sakti Rupam, the enlightened person raises beyond Sareeram(body), Maansu(mind) and Buddi (intellect) and undergoes Alaukika Anandam(happiness beyond the worldly sensual pleasure) before sudden breakdown of power supply as provided by Pancha Praanamulu (five types of UPS systems) takes place in the form of death

Transform our ugly demons of selfish ambitions into fairies of soaring aspirations; our painful ignorance into blissful wisdom; and our base ores of inertia into the purified gold of spiritual accomplishments. (Sri Paramahansa Yogananda)

The mind makes the easy seem difficult and the difficult seem impossible

When we have to do something, we often assess how easy or difficult it is. For example, if we are traveling, we use a weighing machine to weigh our bags and decide whether we need a trolley or a porter.

However, if our weighing machine is defective and it shows a one kg weight to be twenty-five kg, we will think, "This will be difficult to lift." And if it showed twenty-five kg weight to be hundred kg, we will think, "This will be impossible to lift."

Our mind is like a defective weighing machine. It makes small things, such as tidying our room, seem a big burden. And it makes some things that require persistent endeavor, such as preparing for a tough exam, seem impossibly difficult.

Additionally, our mind often escalates the apparent difficulty level especially for devotional activities such as studying the Bhagavad-gita. Why does the mind especially obstruct devotional activities? Because these activities purify it, thereby decreasing its capacity to delude and control us. And it doesn't want to lose control.

If an unavoidable deadline compels us to do one of those things, we soon realize that it is not all that difficult – if we had started it earlier, we could have done it so much better. Unfortunately, our deceptive mind misdirects us yet again; instead of letting us analyze what made us procrastinate, it simply labels us as lazy and beats us up for our laziness.

Nonetheless, if we determinedly study the Gita, our intelligence becomes sharp – it alerts us whenever our mind starts acting as our enemy (06.05). Thereafter, when deciding whether to do something, we rely not on our mind, but on our scripturally-guided intelligence. And we do things based not on how difficult they seem, but on how important they are.

Think it over:

How is the mind like a defective weighing machine?

After making us procrastinate, how does the mind further deceive us?

How can we protect ourselves from being misled by the mind?

Arjuna became entitled to the spiritual guidance of the Geeta from the Lord Himself because he evinced the despondency, renunciation, surrender and one-pointedness (vishada, vairagya, saranagati and ekagrata) that is essential to assimilate the great message. When your yearning for liberation becomes truly intense, you earn the right to set aside all social conventions, worldly norms and codes of conduct, that do not subserve that high purpose. Then, Prahlada can give up his father, Bhishma can counter his Guru, Meera can desert her husband and Shankaracharya can play subterfuge with his mother. Ask earnestly if you have reached that stage! Develop that taste for liberation! Chanting God's name is the best course; it can be practised at all times and places by all, irrespective of creed, gender, caste, age or economic and social status. It will keep you in constant touch with the Infinite and so, it will transmit to you the wisdom and power of the Infinite.

The process of living is the swinging of a pendulum from smile to tear. Childhood is too tender and innocent, youth is too full of folly and faults, middle age is muddled with problems and possible remedies, and old age is spent in regret over past failings. When can you taste some real happiness? Joys and sorrows are the results of the mind's involvement in the transient and the trivial. The inner core of each living being is God. The Sun is not tarnished by its rays falling upon anything harmful. The Self too is unaffected by the effects of the mind pursuing the senses wherever they lead it. When one becomes aware that the Self is God, there can be no fear of death haunting him. Faith is life; absence of faith is death. Only the body dies; the Divine Self (Atma) is beyond birth and death. Aware of this, one is soaked in Ananda (Divine Bliss).
