The Professor and the Jar
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. So the professor then picked up a box of small pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "Yes." The professor then produced two cans of beer from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
"Now", said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things - your family, your children, your health, your friends, your favorite passions - things that, if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, your car.
The sand is everything else - the small stuff. If you put the sand into the jar first" he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner. There will always be time to clean the house, and fix the rubbish. Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand".
One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the beer represented.. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that, no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of beers".

Rules to Live your Life
1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.
13.. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble.
15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.
16. Carry a spiritually enlightening book with you to read while waiting in line.
17. Get enough rest.
18. Eat right.
19. Get organized so everything has its place.
20.. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life..
21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
22. Every day, find time to be alone.
23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.
24. Make friends with Godly people.
25.. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.
26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good 'Thank you GOD'
27. Laugh.
28. Laugh some more!
29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).
31.. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).
32. Sit on your ego.
33. Talk less; listen more.
34. Slow down.
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.
36. Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS AROUND FOR YOU.

'When God is for us, who can be against us?'

A bad attitude
We are all at different paths In our lives,
but no matter where we go,
We take a little of each other every where!
Opportunity may knock once,
But temptation bangs on your front door forever.
A bad attitude is like a flat tire.
You ain't going no where till you change it.
The best thing about the future
Is that it comes only one day at a time.
Out of difficulties grow miracles.
Courage doesn't always roar.
Sometimes courage is the quiet voice
At the end of the day saying,
I will try again tomorrow.
Only those who risk going too far can
possibly find out How far one can go.
Though no one can go back and
Make a brand new start,
Anybody can start from NOW
And make a brand new ending.
We may not have it all together,
But together we have it all.

Effective Action
Stop sitting around wondering if this will work out or if
That won't work out. Get busy and find out for yourself.

Stop wishing that you had more to work with. You have more
Than enough to get started in this moment.
Once you start, once you make that first effort, you'll be
Able to tap into the power of momentum. The initial results
You get will enable you to make the next effort.
Quit worrying about not having enough time, for that
Worrying itself just wastes your precious time. Simply and
Gratefully make use of the time you have, and you'll always
Be making progress.
Put thought into your efforts, but don't make your thoughts
A substitute for your efforts. Get busy and put your best
Thoughts into effective action.
Give your best to this day, give your best to the effort,
And good things will come from it. Though it won't always be
The way you expect, you will always find ways to create
Real, unique value and richness in your life.

The Inseparability of Jeevatma and Paramatma and their absolute oneness is denoted by Pranavam
The word अवरक्षणे avaraskahane is from अकारं akaaram meaning protection in an exhaustive way which is the function of the triumvirate brahma, vishna and shiva, or Iswara as a whole. Only people who indulge in vilification of Vishnu or Shiva against one another would try to explain अकारं Akaram representing either of the the gods exclusively in contempt of the other. Such interpretation is irrelevanant and sinful. Here we have to realize that अ is to be construed as an integral part of omkaram (अ उ म A U Ma ). The dictum तस्य वाचकः प्रणवः tasya vaachakaH pranavaH reinforces this idea. The direction Om tat sat given by parabrahmam 0was understood in three ways by great men
ॐ तत्सदिति निर्द्देशो ब्रह्मणस्त्रिविधः स्मृतः ब्राह्मणास्तेन वेदाश्च यज्ञाश्च विहिताः पुरा OM tatsaditi nirddeso brahmanaH trividho smrutah, braahmanaasten vedaashcha yajnaashcha vihitaah pura… it (1)meant Brahmanas themselves, (2)the vedas and(3) the yajnaas.

ॐ इत्येकाक्षरं ब्रह्म ॐ इति ब्रह्मा प्रसौति (Om ityeakaaksharam Brahma, Om iti Brham prasauti ) "Om is the single word denoting the supreme, the Brahma created the world with the word OM "etc underline the supremacy of Omkaram.
अकारो वै सर्वा वाक् (akaro vai sarvaa vaak) the root of all words is Akaara, is the shrutivaakya.. The word is the source or Karanam and Karanatwam requires power, knowledge and compassion for protection.. and all these are possessed only by the paramaatman. Hence that paramaatman is the word A. U karam represents the cognitive faculty. U means the world "also" In the vedic sentence तदेवाग्निस्तद्वायुस्तद्सूर्यस्तदुचन्द्रमा (tadevaagnistadvaayustadsuuryastadu chandrama) "that is agni, that is vayu, that is sun and that is also the moon" here tadu chandrama connotes, it is also moon. So U has a mening equivaltent to 'also'. When we start counting from Ka in devanagarai alphabet, the twetififth letter is Ma. प्रऋतिमहदहङ्काराश्च मात्त्रस्च् भूतान्यम्पि हृदपि दशाक्षी पुरुषः पञ्चविंशः
Prakriti, mahat, ahankaram five matras, five bhutas, hridayam and the five karmendriyas and five jnaanedrityas and the purusha constitute the number twentifive and that number is represented by Ma. In fact the parmatma the purusha, who stands also from the 24 tattwas as above is denoted by Makaaram.
So M---the jeevaatma and A the parmatma are U, are the same is the essessence of pranavam. In mathematical parlance AUM parmatma Union Jeevatma is the tattwa.. the advaita tatwwa of Pranavam.

Apply Sutra in Life----- Sadhguru
If you read just one sutra and apply it, that's all there is to life, writes SADHGURU in his commentary on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras
Patanjali defined yoga as Chitta Vritti Nirodha, which literally means that if you still the modifications and activity of the mind, you are in yoga. Everything has become one in your consciousness.
We may be pursuing many things in our lives and going through processes that we call achievements, but to go beyond the modifications of the mind is the most fundamental and at the same time, the highest achievement one can attain, because this releases a human being from what he is seeking — from what is within and what is outside — from everything. If only he stills his mind, he becomes an ultimate possibility. The mind becomes a plain mirror, not a wavy mirror. A wavy mirror will distort one's whole perception of life. At least if you don't look at it, you may have some idea how you are, but if you look at it every day, it will give you a completely distorted vision of everything.
Grandeur Of Creation
Right now, most human beings are using their mind only between their memory and imagination. Memory and imagination are not two separate things. Memory is accumulated past; imagination is an exaggerated version of that. If you bring your mind to a state where you are neither contaminated by memory nor deluded by imagination, then it is a truly intelligent, penetrative mind; it sees everything there is to see — life and its source. For the survival process, your memory and imagination are good enough, but if you want to explore other dimensions of life, then memory and imagination are not sufficient because they are only a recycling of your past.
Once you recycle your past, there is a pattern to your life; and it is an unbreakable pattern if your mind is just engaged in memory and imagination. Once you are trapped by a pattern, it does not matter who created the pattern; it is a kind of slavery. Essentially, realising that one is trapped in psychological realities and missing out on the existential experience of the grandeur of Creation is the first step towards liberation.
This is the reason why, of all the beautiful ways in which it could be expressed, Patanjali chose the description Chitta Vritti Nirodha for yoga — a technology which can take you towards your liberation or realization. The whole science of yoga is extrapolated in the form of various kinds of sutras. Around 200 sutras make up the whole body of yogic knowledge. Patanjali did not invent yoga; he assimilated it into a system, which is why he is known as the 'father of modern yoga'. It was already there in various forms, and he put it down into formulas called sutras, which are recognized as a tremendous document about life.
It is unbelievable that one human being could have had this much understanding about life. The vastness of his understanding is simply incredible. Today's scholars argue that this is not one man's work, that many people must have worked to make this happen because it is so big, it cannot fit into one man's intellect. It is one man's work. Patanjali is probably one of the greatest intellects ever on this planet.
Greatest Document
The Yoga Sutras are probably the greatest document on life and also the most uninteresting book on the planet. Patanjali wrote it this way intentionally, because these are formulas to open up life — neither literature nor philosophy. And his mastery over language was such that he wrote it in the form of formulas, so that no scholar would ever be interested in it. It is most uninteresting, but if one sutra becomes a reality within you, it will explode you into a completely new dimension of experience. If you read one and make it true in your life, that's all. You don't have to read all the sutras.
A Way To Know
Patanjali starts the Yoga Sutras in a very strange way. The first sutra is "…and now, yoga." That half a sentence is one chapter. It is a very strange way to start a book of that dimension. Intellectually, it does not make any sense, but what it is saying is: "If you still believe that building a new house, or finding a new wife, or getting your daughter married will settle your life, it is not yet time for yoga.
But, if you have seen power, wealth and pleasure, if you have tasted everything in your life and realized that nothing is going to work in the real sense and fulfill you ultimately, then it is time for yoga."
All the nonsense that the whole world is involved in, Patanjali just brushes it aside with half a sentence. This is why the first sutra is "…and now, yoga." That means, you know nothing works and you do not have a clue about what the hell this is. The pain of ignorance is tearing you apart. Now, yoga. Now there is a way to know.

Secret behind why Tirupati Balaji is called GOVINDA?

There is a wonderful and very interesting story ....

SWAMY…..GOVU ….INDA ………….!!!!!

A lovely incident happened when Lord Vishnu came to Bhuloka in search of Mahalaxmi …..when he entered Bhuloka as usual, he got human qualities like thirst and hunger, this following incident is conversation between Lord Srinivasa and Sage Agastya Muni..…

Lord Srinivasa once went to the hermitage of Sage Agastya and said "Munindra, I have come to Bhu Loka (Earth) on a particular mission and going to stay here till the end of the Kali Yuga.... I'm very fond of Cow milk and need one for my daily needs. I know you have a large Gosaala with many Cows. Can you offer me one Cow for my needs."

Sage Agastya smiled and said "Swamy, I know very well that you are Lord Sri Maha Vishnu in the human form of Srinivasa. I'm so happy that the creator and the ruler of this universe has come to my hermitage and seeking a favor from me. But, I also know your maya, Swamy and know that you have come all the way to test my devotion."

"So Swamy, please allow me to follow the rules. The holy Cow should only be gifted to a man who comes and seeks it along with his wife. I shall certainly be happy to gift a Cow to you but will only be able to do so when you come to my hermitage along with my Mother Goddess Lakshmi and ask for it. Until then You will have to forgive me Swamy."

Lord Srinivasa smiled and said, "Ok Munidra, I shall certainly do what you wanted me to do. "and returned to his place.

Later Lord Srinivasa married Goddess Padmavathi. Some days after their marriage, Lord Srinivasa came to Sage Agastya maha muni's hermitage along with His divine consort Padmavathi to seek the holy Cow. But the Sage was not there in the hermitage. His disciples who do not know who Lord Srinivasa is asked Him....

"Who are you and what can we do for you?.."

The Lord replied, "My name is Srinivasa and she's my wife Padmavathi. I asked your acharya to offer me a Cow for my daily needs. But he wanted me to come along with my wife and take it. So I have come now. Will you please inform your acharya that I have come." said Lord Srinivasa.

"Our Acharya is not there in the ashram (hermitage) right now. So please come again later to collect your Cow." said the humble disciples of Sage Agastya.

Lord Srinivasa smiled and said, "I agree. But I'm supreme ruler of this entire place so you can trust me and offer me one Cow. I cannot come again"

"Maybe you are the ruler of this place or may be this entire universe. But our divine acharya is supreme to us and we shall not do anything that displeases him and also without his knowledge and permission" replied the stubborn disciples.

Smiling gently, the holy Lord said, "I value your respect towards your acharya. Please convey him when he returns, that Srinivasa had come from Gnanadri hills along with his wife to seek the Cow from him."

Saying so Lord Srinivasa turned back and started walking towards the seven hills of Tirumala.

Exactly after a couple of minutes, Sage Agastya returned to the hermitage and was extremely disappointed when he heard from his disciples about the arrival of Lord Srinivasa during his absence.

Thinking loudly, "how unfortunate really I'm not to be there at the hermitage when Sri Mahanarayana himself graced along with my divine mother Lakshmi", the holy sage immediately rushed into the Gosala (Cow shed); took a Govu (Telugu word meaning Cow) and started running in the direction Lord Srinivasa and Goddess Padmavathi were going.

After running a few paces He found at a long distance, Lord Srinivasa going along with His divine consort Padmavathi. Running behind them the holy sage started shouting in Telugu language...

"Swamy, Govu Inda (Govu in Telugu means cow and Inda means take and telugu is a local language where tirupati is suituated)

Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.."

But the Lord didn't turn back. Increasing the speed of his running, the Sage Agastya started shouting further more loudly and very devotionally

"..Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. (Swamy, take this Cow).. Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. Swamy, Govu Inda.. ( oh my lord take this cow ) Swamy, Govu Inda.." but still lord didn't turned back ……

Hurriedly increasing the speed of his shouting, the holy sage from here on started involuntarily saying the following sacred words.. The noble sage thought he was saying 'Swamy Govu Inda' but see what it turned out to be..

"…Swamy Govinda.. Swamy Govindaa.. Swamy Govindaa.. Swamy Govinda.. Swamy Govindaa.. Swamy Govindaa.. Swamy Govinda..Swamy Govindaa.. Swamy Govinda.. Swamy Govindaa.. Swamy Govindaa.. Govinda.Govinda.. Govindaa.. Govinda.. Govinda..

Govindaa.. Govinda.. Govindaaaa.."

After some more shouting from the holy sage, a smiling Lord Sri Venkateswara and Goddess Padmavathi turned back and then while accepting the holy Cow from him, said,

"Priya Munindra, knowingly or unknowingly you have by now recited my most favorite name Govinda 108 times.. I'm going to reside in Eka Murthy idol form on this sacred GNANADRI hills until the end of the 28th Kali Yuga.. As long as I'm residing here in Bhu Loka in this idol form I shall be called by this name by all my devotees.."

"A Temple would be constructed here for me on these sacred seven hills and devotees would keep coming in large numbers to see me every day. These devotees, either while climbing these hills or while they are in front of me in the Temple would call me by this name"

"Please remember Munindra, every time I'm called by this name you are remembered too. If any devotee for whatever reason is unable to come to my Temple I shall still grant him whatever he rightfully deserves if he recites just this name GOVINDA as many times as he's comfortable chanting".

"I shall also grant salvation (moksha) to all those devotees who recite this sacred name at least 108 times while climbing the seven hills".

Some thoughts on Om or Omkaram
ब्रह्मणे त्वा महस ॐ इत्यात्मानं युन्ञ्जीत ( brahmaNe twaa mahasa AUM ityaatmaanaM yun~njiita )
The self should be made one with the great paramatma with the syllable OM, is the exhortation from Taittariya Shruti and is lending evidence to the concept that the basic function of OM is to bring about the unification of Jivatma and Paramatam.

There is a rule that any mantra will have its effect only if it is chanted in conjunction with pranavam. In the text Brahmanasarvaswam, it is said,
प्रणवाद्याः स्मृता मन्त्राः चतुर्वर्ग्ग फलप्रदाःतस्माच्च निःस्सृतास्सर्वे प्रलीयन्ते च तत्र वै
(ब्राह्मणसर्वस्वात्) (praNavaadyaaH smR^itaa mantraaH chaturvargga phalapradaaH
tasmaachcha niHssR^itaassarve praliiyante cha tatra vai braahmaNasarvaswaat)
Meaning "All mantras are meditated upon prefixing Om, and then alone they can give the four results or purushaarthaas, Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. In fact all such mantras originate from pranavam and submerge in it ultimately,"
AUM kaarashcha shabdashcha dwaavetau brahmaNaH puraa
kaNDaM bhitwaaviniryaatau tasmaanmaa~NgaLikavuabhau.
maa~NgaLyaM paavanaM dharmmyaM sarvakaamaprasaadhanaM
AUM kaaraH paramaM brahmaH sarvamantreSu naayakaH.
"The flow and the roar of Omkaram came out of the throat of Brahma virtually shattering it. It is capable of providing us with all maangalayam.. meaning all the exalted aims of life, and so the flow and the sound of Omkaram are both called harbingers of mangalam. Provider of Mangalam, purifier of the self, the quintessence of virtues or Dharma, and the provider of all just and rightful desires, Omkaram is called the forerunner or leader of all the manthras. "
यथा पर्ण्णं पलाशस्य शङ्कुनैकेन धार्यतेतथा जगदिदम् सर्वं ॐ कारेणैव धार्यते।
याज्ञवल्क्यात्
yathaa parNNaM palaashasya sha~Nkunaikena dhaaryate
tathaa jagadidam sarvaM AUM kaareNaiva dhaaryate.
yaaj~navalkyaat
Yaajnavalkya praised Omkara like this.
"Just as the three leaves in a palasa stalk is held together by a single source (palasa leaves occured in groups of three) the three worlds bhu, bhuva and suvaH are also held together only by pranavam.

ENGLISH - CRAZY LANGUAGE?
Let's face it - English is a crazy language. There is no egg in eggplant, nor ham in hamburger; neither apple nor pine in pineapple. English muffins weren't invented in England or French fries in France . Sweetmeats are candies while sweetbreads, which aren't sweet, are meat? We take English for granted. But if we explore its paradoxes, we find that quicksand can work slowly, boxing rings are square and a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig..

And why is it that writers write but fingers don't fing, grocers don't groce and hammers don't ham? If the plural of tooth is teeth, why isn't the plural of booth, beeth? One goose, 2 geese. So one moose, 2 meese? One index, 2 indices? Doesn't it seem crazy that you can make amends but not one amend? If you have a bunch of odds and ends and get rid of all but one of them, what do you call it?
If teachers taught, why didn't preachers praught? If a vegetarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat? Sometimes I think all the English speakers should be committed to an asylum for the verbally insane. In what language do people recite at a play and play at a recital? Ship by truck and send cargo by ship? Have noses that run and feet that smell?
How can a slim chance and a fat chance be the same, while a wise man and a wise guy are opposites? You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language in which your house can burn up as
it burns down, in which you fill in a form by filling it out and in which, an alarm goes off by going on.
English was invented by people, not computers, and it reflects the creativity of the human race, which, of course, is not a race at all. That is why, when the stars are out, they are visible, but when the lights are out, they are invisible.
PS. - Why doesn't 'Buick; rhyme with 'quick'?

In Treta Yuga, Ravana's brother, Vibhishana, could not put up with the wrong deeds being done by Ravana. Opposing these actions, he tried to correct Ravana in all possible ways. But when his efforts failed and he had no alternative, he sought refuge at the feet of the embodiment of Dharma, Sri Rama. The prime offender was Ravana alone. But in the war with Rama, all the rakshasas(demons) who supported him or sided him, perished with him. They paid the penalty for their abetment of his crime. Whoever may commit an offence, whether a son, daughter, spouse, a relation or a close associate, one will be free from the taint of being accessory to the crime only if they oppose the wrong action and try to correct the offender genuinely. If on the contrary, they allow it or encourage it to be done, they will be guilty of abetment and experience the fruits of their action.

The Truth about Fruit Juices -- POSTED IN HEALTH
Sure, fruit juices are healthier than the multitude of aerated drinks available in the market. But are they really a healthy substitute for actual fruits?
If you think that eating a whole fruit or having the juice give you the same nutrition, you are in for a big surprise. Experts warn that this common misconception could be the reason for your failing diet! Health benefits of fruit juices
Fruit juices are definitely a healthier option when compared to the sodas and aerated drinks which are so popular nowadays. Research shows that a glass of juice meets the daily allowance of having 2 fruits!Apart from vitamins like vitamin C, B and A, fruit juices are also rich in minerals like potassium and phosphorous. It's even better if you juice contains fruit pulp! It means that the juice contains fibre as well.
But when compared to fruits, fruit juices fall woefully short. A whole fruit is likely to have more nutrients, more fibre and no preservatives. It's important to remember that while fruits and fruit juices are healthy, they both contain calories. Fruit juices more so, with the added preservatives and sweeteners.Fibre, which is present in copious amounts in a whole fruit, tends to fill you up, restricting you to one or at the most two helpings. However in case of juice, this fibre content is greatly diminished. As a result, you end up consuming more calories without feeling full!
Preservatives used in canned fruit juices:
Another worrying factor about fruit juices is that preservatives are added to them to increase their shelf life. The following are permitted preservatives used in fruit juices:
Sulphites and Sulphur dioxide: Inhibits the growth of yeasts, moulds and bacteria. Sulphur dioxide preserves the colour of fruit while drying.
Sorbic acid: Inhibits the growth of moulds and yeasts.
Benzoic acid: It has broad spectrum anti-microbial activity and is useful against many spoilage bacteria, fungi and yeasts.
Citric acid: It is used as an acidifier of foods.
Due to inappropriate food labelling in India, not much is known about the sugar substitutes used in juices. However, in juices labelled "sugarfree" or "light", sugar substitutes like Aspartame and Sucralose are used.
Fresh juice or packaged juice?
A fresh juice, straight from the juicer is much better than its packaged counterpart. Fresh juices should best be used within 30 minutes to get the best taste.
Also fresh juices have vitamins and enzymes that various preservation processes destroy.Packaged juices have added preservatives to enhance its shelf life and added sugar or sugar substitutes to reduce the sourness that occurs when juice is kept for long, whereas fresh juice is higher in water content and low in sugar, with no added preservatives or sugar.

Therefore a fresh glass of juice is better in terms of taste and nutritionally in comparison to packaged juices. But having a fruit is always more beneficial to drinking juices!!!

In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......
Breathing Therapy Makes You Relax
The nose has a left and a right side.
We use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different.
You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun.
The left side represents the moon.
During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe. In about 5 mins, your headache will go.
If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.
Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily. Left side belongs to 'cold'.
Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster. Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.
Breathing Therapy Makes u Relax
Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better?
Left or right ?
If left is better, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing..
You will feel refreshed quickly.
Breathing Therapy Makes u Relax
Do you suffer from continual headaches?
Try out this breathing therapy.
Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose.
Your headaches will be gone.
Continued the exercise for one month.
Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication.

8 Ways to Prevent Neck Pain That Occurs During Sleep! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinThere isn't a worse way to start the day than with neck pain. It doesn't matter whether it is a long-lasting consistent pain or a temporary problem that occurs only on certain mornings, the oppressive feeling it creates often interferes with the course of our day. Not everyone has time to go for a chiropractic massage to relieve this neck pain, but there are definitely some things you can do in the morning or before bedtime to avoid them. Dr. Brent Wells is a chiropractor from Alaska who has been practicing for over 20 years and has helped more than 10,000 people live without neck pain without medication. Today, he shares eight ways to avoid neckaches that attack you during sleep and the morning after. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join1. Get out off bed using a neck-healthy method http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinIn the first few seconds of the morning, you may be awake, but your body is still in sleep. When you get out of bed it is more rigid and heavier, and what you want to prevent is putting extra pressure on your neck. So, try to get out of bed in the following way: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinTurn around to lie with your head toward the edge of the bed. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinPlace your elbow near the edge of the bed on the mattress. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinPlace your hands together in front of your face, and push yourself into a sitting position with them - use your elbow on the mattress. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinThis will help you get rid of neck pain created during sleep in the first few seconds of the morning. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join2. Take a hot shower http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinLet warm water flow around your neck, stimulate you and soothe the muscles of the area. If you have some time, you can also make yourself a pampering bath into which you will put a few drops of essential oil. Another thing you can do is simply use warm compresses soaked in apple cider vinegar, warm water or a few drops of essential oil on your neck. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join3. Check if you have respiratory or sinus problems http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinIf you can't breathe properly during sleep, you'll probably find yourself in different positions throughout the night that actually make breathing easier, however, they can cause you to suffer from neck pain. See a doctor to find a better solution to the problem or, if you have a cold, try massaging blocked nose. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join4. Loosen neck muscles with stretching http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinJust a cat that wakes up from sleep and immediately stretches its body, you too have to stretch your body after a long night of lying on the mattress. Tension helps remind muscles and joints to move and that it's okay - especially if they feel tight and have trouble moving. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join5. Remind your body to loosen up and relax http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinWhen pain starts, we sometimes contract our bodies in an attempt to avoid it, and it does help a little, however, at the same time, it causes the muscles and joints to contract unnaturally, which will eventually increase and worsen the pain. So, try to relax the body consciously - lean back, breathe slowly and release every part of the body slowly. Release the muscles along your back to your neck and let your body begin the day in a calmer and more relaxed way. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join6. Pick the right pillow http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinWhen you sleep, your body should be straight from head to toe. If you sleep on your side, choose a pillow that isn't too thin nor too thick - one that will be conducive to keeping your head and neck in a straight line with your spine. If you sleep on an adjustable bed, avoid raising your legs or head when sleeping on your side. http://groups..yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join7. Check your posture before bedtime http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join http://groups..yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinIf you lie in bed reading a book before bed, make sure your eyes can look at it without straining. If you feel that you need to make an effort, your neck will probably suffer from stress as a result. In addition, the neck should not be pushed forward by anything, but rather laid in a way that does not interfere and interrupts its natural and continuous connection to the spine. This is also true when you watch TV or use a smartphone in bed. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join8. Use an alarm clock with soothing sounds http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/joinYou probably chose your favorite ringtone to wake you up in the morning, and you may have your alarm on full volume because that's the only way you'll get up and not ignore it, but if you sometimes wake up in panic, something needs to be changed. When you wake up in a panic you may make very sharp movements that increase the pain that is generated during the night in the neck. Therefore, you may want to choose a more relaxed ringtone or download an app that increases the frequency of the alarm clock slowly and doesn't play it loudly from the start. Remember, no one s to be jostled out of sleep! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Amdavadis4Ever/join

There are 108 Divya Desams or Tirupatis. These sacred places were sung upon by Azhwars, the ultimate devotees of Narayana. There are 106 on the Indian Subcontinent (105 in India and 1 in Nepal). The remaining two, Tirupparkadal and Srivaikuntam, can be accessed only when one leaves this world. The Tirupparkadal is the "ocean of milk" and the Srivaikuntam is the domain where Lord Narayana presides.
